Return Policy:
Returns for physical goods sold by StoneOak Media (SOM) will be accepted within 10 calendar days of customer delivery for any reason, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise granted under SOM’s Limited Warranty policy. Returns received more than 10 calendar days post delivery will only be accepted due to a manufacturing defect covered by SOM’s Warranty Policy. Shipping for all returned items will be paid for by the purchaser. Returns for non-physical goods (i.e. Services, 3D printable files, digital content) offered by StoneOak Media will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty Policy:
StoneOak Media’s Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period (60 days). During the Warranty Period, SOM will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use an maintenance. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
